What Sayso does
Sayso (saysocheck.com) checks how public AI assistants (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) describe businesses, and provides reports and ongoing monitoring to business owners.
Information we collect
- Business details you submit for a check — business name, city, and category. These are sent to the AI providers listed above in order to generate your report.
- Account information — your email address if you subscribe.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Reports — the results of checks run for your account, stored so you can view history and trends.
We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Service providers we rely on
Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and the AI providers named above (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity) — each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Retention and deletion
Reports and account data are kept while your subscription is active. Email us to request deletion of your account and its data at any time.
Children
Sayso is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, subscribers will be notified by email before the change takes effect.
