Terms of Service

The service
Sayso samples answers from third-party AI assistants (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) about your business and turns them into reports, scores, and monitoring alerts. Free checks are provided as-is; paid plans add scheduled monitoring, report history, and email alerts.
What we can't promise
We do not control the AI assistants we sample. Their answers change between sessions, vary by user, and may be wrong. A Sayso report is a point-in-time sample, not a guarantee of what any AI will say to any particular person. Following our correction guidance does not guarantee AI systems will update, and we make no promises about business outcomes, revenue, or search visibility.
Billing
- Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe until canceled.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; partial months are not refunded.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' email notice.
Acceptable use
Don't use Sayso to check businesses you have no legitimate interest in, to harass anyone, to probe or overload the service, or to resell raw access to the underlying AI providers. Agency-plan customers may resell reports to their own clients as part of their services.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Sayso in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time; the deletion process is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
